The Lesson for Friday, July 29th, 2005...
if you're in some type of rut, either financial, physical, or emotional, the musical styles of Lee Hazlewood can get you out, or at least, get you rolling... and the use of Nancy Sinatra with Lee Hazlewood's musical styles is optional.

Collecting and Rambling...
Ever since I dropped out of University in January of this year, I have been occupying myself with various collecting hobbies which I am starting to realize that they're more of a problem with me as I slowly turn myself into a major introvert. I've always been an introvert, but I've notice it more this Summer with my foot injury and my house/dog/cat sitting ordeal.
I haven't been drinking that much lately (which could be a good thing), I haven't had a cigarette since last October (which is a good thing), and I haven't gone out to the bars much (which again could be a good thing as the bars in the area reek of rednecks outside of London and reek of surrealist elitism* on Richmond Row in London) (* When I say surrealist elitism, I mean bathroom attendants at patio bars, and I somewhat see that as a problem because I tend to tip bathroom attendants pretty high because if your job was to listen to other people pee, shit, fart, vomit, and possibly fornicate, minimum wage isn't enough.)
I was going somewhere with this... ah, living in my own world due to not socializing.
Wait, I do socialize, but mostly online, but I'm disliking MSN Messenger as days go by, and MySpace is a gated community.
All I know is as I get older... wait, this involves more thought.
I don't mean to cop out at the moment, it seems I have to write more on this subject before I blog it.
ugh.

For those who drink...
Check out The Family Fire Safety Drinking Game.
Yes, if someone is bored enough, another person will make a drinking game to leviate someone's boredom.

Vinyl-o-rama
Sometimes you can pick up some sweet shit, sometimes you just pick up shit. All I know is that all of it needs a home.

impulse...
Today, I spent $20 on one record. To some people that might be too much, but on the other hand, it was Brian Eno's Discreet Music.
Finding 1970's Eno on Vinyl in South Western Ontario is like finding a needle in a hay stack.
It's damn hard.

What I learnt today...
senior citizens over 90 years old should not let their grandchildren operate heavy duty lawn tools, like whipper snippers. Furthermore, remove your christmas lights as soon spring hits, because, well, let's just say the two things I learnt today went together, and really, they shouldn't.

zoomboy is bringing out his" A" game out...
check out zoomboy's blog VideoAlpha... stay for the TRS-80 computer and the Edison cylinder photos.
by the way...
There's a reason why I haven't mention anything from my dog sitting ordeal, then again, I know a lot of people who don't want to hear about the 37 year old grandmother I met along with the mother and daughter working on the same shift in a nudie bar in redneck ontario.
