I have been on a kick...

Since mr. Chip MacWebb was going on about the movie Dodgeball (a true underdog story) and how fun it was, I saw it, got a kick out of it and it made me check out other obscure sports like corkball and sports entertainment like Roller Derby. Furthermore, I thought Roller Derby was dead, gone dormant like drive-in movie theatres and poodle skirts... but I was wrong. Roller Derby is not dead... if fact, it is quite alive as I read Wayne's Derby World for proof. However, my question is why hasn't there been Roller Derby leagues in the Detroit or Toronto area? Does Roller Derby only have appeal in certain areas in the world, or since Roller Derby went punk, is it only kitsch to some?

It could have mass appeal.

Just imagine a team South Korean Short Track Speed skaters or a Saskatchewan team of Enforcers just going around in circles kicking some ass. I would pay good money to see this.

For those who are Blog Hopping...

Have you realized that for every 25 blogs you go through, maybe two or three are at least decent. Ah the freedom of speech... if only most people had something interesting to say.

Options on Employment...

Well, I can take plumbing off the list.
