I am now getting to the point where I rather call people than send an e-mail or message on MSN, and for me that is unusual because I don't like calling people.
What brought this up is me putting my e-mail down for turnitin.com for FILM 020E. I knew once my e-mail was on their site, I would be getting new spam on one of my e-mail accounts, in which I did. I also been getting more Free Text Messaging e-mails from people who just have my e-mail as a "I need you for something but I won't talk to you again after I got what I wanted" and "I need you for something but I won't talk to you again until I need something else from you". As a result of the e-mails and whatnot, I have been erasing names of people I haven't talk to on MSN for over a year, or at least never talk to, because I just got there MSN by fluke and never took the time to edit the list. I have remove all the saved messages on my MSN because the majority of the messages are to an extend trival. (I also have iChat and I have only one person on it, in other words, no problems.)(yo chip).
To explain the whole phone situation, I'm getting to the point where I want to talk to people on the phone, but I feel I'm invading their privacy when I call them. However, if I don't call these people, I will never talk to these people because, well, I live in my own world. Then again, there are a certain few I only choose to e-mail. Keep in mind, I am slightly confused on the situation as well, so I don't mean to be indecisive. Some people I should phone more, some people I should just e-mail, and some people I'm just not part of their life and vice versa.
Anyways, I am just trying to clear my head for another thing I have to write.

i am not that important for text messaging
In the past few weeks, a few friends of mine have been inviting me to join a free text messaging service for mobile phones. I thank them for the offer, but I am declining it for the time being because, well, I am not that important for text messaging. Text messaging means you're important and too busy to talk to people but not busy enough to write to them. Furthermore, I don't want to bother someone by text messaging as I am seeing it as something more impersonal; if you have a phone, you call them.
Speaking of phones, I have abandon my cell phone because it has become more of a piece of art rather than a tool of utility. The only way I am going to get a new cell phone is that they either have a cell phone ring that sounds like the "Aquaman Telepathic Sound" from the Superfriends cartoon or a cell phone ring that sounds like a rotary telephone ring.
Besides, technology doesn't age well, and this service will be obselete in a few years.

i don't know if you are a detective or a pervert
I have watched David Lynch's Blue Velvet too much lately. However, I have to watch it for an essay in FILM 020E that's due on Tuesday. But, the weird thing watching this film is that the more I watch the film, the harder it is to write on it, and I am only writing on a two minute sequence on the film. Really, all I need to do is brainstorm and focus.
