the holiday shopping has started...

My main goal is to be done before the 16th, but I'm pretty sure it ain't happening that way. I have two brother-in-laws pretty the polar opposite of me when it comes to shopping. Getting books, cds, or dvds is pretty useless because they don't have the time for those things, but I'm not the type of person that gets people clothes or gift certificates/cards because I don't impose my style onto others and certificates/cards route says I'm lazy and not giving you money. Tools and weapons are out of the question as well because there's some unspoken code I'd be breaking, and they have pretty much everything (for tools at least).

The gift I'm giving my father I want him to open now. I'm not saying what it is, but when it involves two hillbillys going into a bailer, good times.

I have a new phone...

and it's from this decade. I had my last phone since 1998. It's twice the size of the new phone.

what to write and what to not write...

This week was dull.

The extent of labour this week was moving Johnny Sixteen and his lady friend from one house to another in the rain, and moving flagstone in the snow.

Alfred Hitchcock films are much more enjoyable than Porn movies.

Comics with Darwyn Cooke artwork is more enjoyable than any other comic book.

Lately, I look at this blog and feel unexplain guilt and dirtiness. I don't know her personally, and I don't know why.

The Thin Man is the coolest cat.

The ambition to write is not here at the moment...

There are things that happened to me the past few days, but since I've been a state of blah the past few weeks, none of it has been hitting the blog.

However, there are a few things that should be mentioned:

1). I made an impulse buy on last Saturday in which I'm not afraid talking about the splurge. I purchased The Brave and The Bold #28 for $200. It's in horrible condition, but it's one of those things if I didn't buy at the chance, I'd be beating myself on for quite awhile.

2). Da Wonger, The Asian Evel Knievel has moved back to Stampede land. He got an oil job... good luck ya bastich.

3).Mr. Fancypants went back to Stampede land as well, but I didn't find out until he was back in Stampede land. I have talk to more people on that one.

4). There's a dead mouse downstairs. We can't find it, but can find its smell.

FOR THE PAST TWO HOURS...

I was reading up on Star Trek ships... I think I need more interaction with people.
