Who is this character? I know that Cerebus creator Dave Sim is or might be involved with the creation of the character, it's Kitchener-based, but that's it. For anyone blog hopping and is from Kitchener, Ontario, tell me who he is... this is gonna bug me for awhile.

The guy looks like "Uncle Hans" from a comic called Octoberfest published by Now & Then Books. Hope that helps.
